Terms or Service
If you enter into any monthly payment plan for any course, you will be allowed to complete the course at any time, usually within a few weeks, and download your TEFL/TESOL certificate or Diploma. Regardless, you are legally obliged to complete all remaining monthly installments even after you have received your TEFL/TESOL certificate.
Failure to do so will mean your certificate will automatically become invalid and this will be made public under your name. If you have any payment problems, then of course, we will be happy to assist you, but you must contact us within 7-days of any failed/rejected payment to notify us. Our system will automatically make several attempts to bill your card until all payments have been made.
We are a teacher training (TEFL) company and we are not involved in the recruitment process. Therefore, we must not be considered to be a recruitment agency and/or an employer. We will not be responsible for any students/graduates entering into any employment agreement under any circumstances. All job offers from third party employers are subject to an interview. No guarantee of a job placement is expressed or implied on this website.
You have THREE months to complete your TEFL course. After that, you will automatically be billed $4.95 USD per additional month if needed. We welcome all constructive feedback from our students and members. Please note, however, we have a strict policy against any form of online bullying, abuse or threats directed towards our students or support staff. We also do not tolerate implied threats of blackmail or public defamation in return for special privileges. We reserve the right to expel any abusive student with NO refund.
Cambridge ESOL Examinations:
The full Cambridge TKT course is included in the Diploma course or it can be added as an upgrade to any TEFL course package we offer. Please note there is an additional certificate fee for each trainee. The Cambridge ESOL examination board does not accredit or moderate our TEFL/TESOL courses, which are accredited by the International TEFL Organization (ITO).
You must complete the first three lessons of your course. After that, if you are not satisfied with your course and you have not received your TEFL certificate, we will give you a full refund on your basic/ standard fees within 30 days. After 30 days, no refund will be issued. If you have already received your certificate, then no refund will be given under any circumstances. This is to protect the integrity of our course but also to push more people to continue to complete the course and gain their certificate. The Cambridge TKT and Diploma course fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. This is standard policy for all colleges and universities.
Affiliate Program: All course students qualify to become an affiliate partner. Fees are $12 per month and are non-refundable. You can cancel the subscription at any time. You must pay the monthly fees to maintain your affiliate status. If you default on a payment, then you have 30 days to pay any arrears. After 30 days of non-payment, all outstanding commissions due will be forfeited.
Free Buddy Pass:
You must like and share our Facebook page to qualify for the Free buddy pass. All buddy referrals must pay a $1 fee to verify their identity before accessing the course. This offer may close at any time without notice. This offer may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
