Once you apply for a place on our TEFL program, you agree to accept these terms & conditions

**1. Agreement to Participate**

By enrolling in the iTEFL Thailand Experience program, hereafter referred to as "the Program," participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.


**2. Program Location**

The Programs takesplace at Koh Samui, Pattaya and Chiang Mai, Thailand


**3. Course Structure and Duration**

The Program consists of a 14-day intensive TEFL course combined with a 120-hour online course. The daily schedule runs from Monday to Friday, starting at 9 am and concluding at 6 pm, with the weekend free.


**4. Job Prospects**

While the Program enhances participants' teaching skills, job placement is contingent upon successful presentation at an interview. The Program provides a list of potential employers and interview techniques to assist participants in securing teaching positions. It is your responsibility to secure a job placement. No refunds will be given under any circumstances.


**5. Family Participation**

Participants may relocate with their families, and the Program offers assistance for visa arrangements, accommodation, and general support.


**6. Company Background**

iTEFL, with over 20 years of experience, has successfully hosted over 4,000 students in Thailand.


**7. Safety Considerations**

Participants are advised on safety guidelines in Thailand. While the country is generally safe, caution is recommended, especially on roads.


**8. Visa Requirements**

Participants are informed about visa requirements, with a 30-day arrival stamp sufficient for course attendance. For extended stays, a 60-day tourist visa is recommended, and employers are responsible for business visas and work permits.


**9. Accommodation Recommendations**

Affordable hotel recommendations around $400-$500 per month are offered.


**10. Transportation**

Participants are advised on flight and transportation options, with recommendations for booking flights and arranging transportation to your hotel or training centre.


**11. Arrival**

Participants are encouraged to arrive at least two days before the course starts to acclimate and mitigate the risk of missing the initial day.


**12. Payment Terms**

You have the option to make a full upfront payment and receive a $100 discount, or you can opt for equal monthly installments. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfers through wise.com. Please ensure that monthly payments are made on the same date each month. In case of a missed payment, you have a grace period of 5 days to rectify the issue. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of your TEFL course placement. Please note that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.


**13. Cancellation and Refund Policy**

Once a spot is booked, fees are non-refundable under any circumstances due to advanced course bookings. You may change your course date or location by giving 30-days notice, and subject to availability. Leaving the course before completion, or being expelled from the course, means no refunds will be given under any circumstances whatsoever. If you miss the course due to unexpected event, illness, family bereavement etc, we will allow you to re-book your place on the course anytime within the next 24 months.


**14. Dress Code and Conduct**

Participants are advised on appropriate attire and behavior during the course. Disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate behavior may result in expulsion without refund.


**15. Program Extension**

Graduates are encouraged to explore longer stays, with guidance on extending stays post-course.


**16. Inclusivity and Ideological Respect**

Participants are expected to respect diversity and refrain from imposing religious or political ideologies on others. The course trainer has full discretion to expell anyone who they deem as disruptive in any way.


**17. Legal Considerations**

Participants acknowledge that local laws and regulations, including visa and immigration policies, are subject to change. Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters or government actions, may affect the Program's operation.


**18. Liability Waiver**

Participants understand and agree that iTEFL is not responsible for any loss or harm during the Program. It is the participant's responsibility to be fully insured for travel and medical emergencies.

By enrolling in the iTEFL Thailand Experience Program, participants signify their understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. iTEFL reserves the right to modify these terms as needed.
